Session 6-  First Foray Into Dungeon of the Glittering Tower

1/2/2022

• Room #1 of the Glittering Tower is the Master’s Chamber.  The party meet 

  Medved the Master and his bear lover Yavo.  The Master offers a job to the 

  party.  He would like them to kill his cousin Ondrj, who berths his ship in a 

  cove attached to the dungeon.  He offers 1000sp and 1 spellbook as reward, 

  and the party agree to the job and get a little more info about some particulars 

  of the tower.

• In speaking with Medved, the party give themselves a name.  RAMs or 

  Renowned Adventure Masters

• All but Baldwin are able to descend the dungeon stairs, some Eldish glyph 

  prevents him (this is HD based), so he offers to go back to the carriage and 

  help Vo with guarding it

• Room #1 of the dungeon level has a glowing jewel embedded in the 30’ 

  ceiling that Fecus tries to shoot down with arrows

• A patrol of 4 Eld arrive before the jewel can be dislodged and the two factions 

  face off

• RAMs win initiative and Fecus shoots an Eld with an arrow while the other 

  party members move into melee range, Tim casts shield

• The injured Eld runs away from battle and disappears behind a door in the 

  northern portion of the western wall of room #1

• A second Eld falls to wounds from Fecus’ arrow, Tim’s sword and Andrew’s 

  bite

• Klang is killed by an Eld

• A third Eld is killed by Tim’s sword and Geoff’s dagger

• The fourth is wounded by the party and they disarm and interrogate him

• Fecus executes the fourth Eld with his ritual dagger

• Back up to ground level, they encounter a drunken centaur in room #3, the 

  party bribe him and Tim “liberates” two scrolls, the centaur pisses on some 

  detritus in the corner

• Pop-in to inform Medved of their progress and agree to come back next day 

  to resume the job

• Travel back to Oldrich’s where Tim is mostly healed from the damage he 

  took fighting the Eld.  Party camps with Oldrich that evening.  He asks if 

  they’ll bring him beer when they come back this way

• Back the route they came and pick up Vo, Baldwin, dogs, and the carriage 

  and re-supply and hire new help in the nearby fortification, Kugelburg

• Tim hires Mohac the Wanderer

• Fecus hires Arsus of Ultima and Malinka

• 3 Eld killed, 141xp

• Tim and Fecus get 2083xp each

• Geoff gets 833xp

• 10,000cp 

• 4000sp

• 4 potions

• Flying

• Levitation

• Invisibility

• Gaseous form

• 1 scroll

• Ward against lycanthrope

• Treasure map (value 3 magic items and 1 potion)
