Session 204- A Return to Barovia Part 54; Lamordia 3

After leaving Osterhagen’s, Drasha notices a man following the party
and she alerts Tim to the situation as they walk over to Himmelstaub
and Krell’s Etheric Artifice Atelier to look at magic weapons, armor,
and consumables. Tim takes note of the man as they enter the shop
and discretely tells Fecus once they are all inside.
Professor Otmar Krell sells out his entire inventory to Rams and
closes the shop early for the day. They purchase Grave-insulated
Brigandine armor and the Galvanic Stabber for Victor and they buy
out the assortment of small/consumables such as Suspend Death
Ampoules, Frostpulse Grenades, Mist-surveyor Chalk, and
Revenant Syringes.
The Follower stands across the street from Himmelstaub and Krell’s
as Rams exit, so they cross the street to confront him verbally,
but he doesn’t speak or respond in any way. Doesn’t even blink.
He frankly looks frozen and dead, but appears to breathe a little,
in a mechanical way. After no response verbally and no aggressive
moves towards the party, Shelby tests it by casting Heat Metal to see
if it causes any effect, which it doesn’t appear to have any metal that
that spell would effect. They surmise it’s a surveillance device and
leave it be.
They ponder buying a few conventional weapons for poorly equipped
members like Fritigern and Drasha, but Fecus ends up equipping
them from his own inventory. Tim says “That’s so Minotaur.” They
have fitting and repairs of those items completed at the conventional
armory for some gp.
Afterwards, back at the coffin hotel, they bump into Valan, who has
been drinking at the Laughing Golem today.
Watches set and no encounters.
