Ox ---> Tiger --->Rabbit Campaign Session #109

 Another session in which I made the players take their hirelings and play through what happened when the main PCs Tim and Fecus were traveling to the Golden Barge.

Session 109-  Those Left Behind in Oberstdorf

• The Rams that are left behind in Oberstdorf decide to gear up and go 

  see what’s going on in Goblin Hill while the bosses are off on the 

  Golden Barge recovery mission.

• They stop by the Moody Mermaid in Wurzburg.  It’s humming along 

  with Bertha in charge.  The minstrel Szolos Mihaly has taken the 

  stories of the Rams that the boy Uwe has told him and crafted songs 

  glorifying Rams exploits.

• On the road between Wurzburg and Karlstadt, the Rams encounter a 

  man in the fight for his life against a Glass Tiger that has already killed 

  his traveling companions.

• Geoph casts a  Magic Missile that kills the Glass Tiger.

• Rams help the man, Ishaq Z., bury his traveling companions.  He gives 

  Rams 2 horses and 60 GP for their assistance.  Rams accompany him 

  to Karlstadt and see that he gets safe accommodations.

• Rams continue to Goblin Hill and talk to Copher and the engineer.

• Sasha and Ornie demo the mech suits.

• Rams commission 2 more mech suits (D20 Spiderblade equipped) and 

  2 more automatons. Paid in full.  500 GP for 2 automatons and 1000 GP 

  for 2 Exo-suits.

• Rams ask the Engineer if the presence of the Insect God has an effect 

  on insect size in the area.  Her reply is that she thinks it does.

• Rams go to the back side caves of Goblin Hill to check on the lair where 

  the Spider Champions were fought.  Geoph and Ewald discover many 

  tiny spiders.

• Rams fight and kill a Giant Bee and 11 Giant Ants.

• On the road in the forest a day north of Oberstdorf, Rams see 21 cultists 

  performing a ritual.  Although they are naked, body painted, and eerily 

  chanting, Geoph approaches a cultist to see what is going on.  The cultist 

  repeatedly asks Rams to leave, but finally tells Geoph if he is interested in 

  the Termaxian way, to go to the Broken Twig Tavern in Muntburg.

• Rams make it back to Oberstdorf.

• Glass Tiger killed = 100 XP

• Giant Bee killed = 25 XP

• 11 Giant Ants killed = 275 XP

• 71 CP = .7 XP

• 53 SP = 5.3 XP

• 5 GP = 5 XP

• Total XP = 411 XP

• Gugula and Kruluzax each receive 137 XP

• Geoph and Ornie each receive 68 XP
